1 cup(s) uncooked elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1 cup(s) skim milk
1 cup(s) low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup(s) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tbs fine
dry breadcrumbs

Cook macaroni according to package directions
omitting salt; drain. Combine with next 6 ingredients
mixing well. Spoon macaroni mixture into a 1 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350? F. for 1 hour(s).
