Type: Coconut-Rum Glazed Bananas Free Cooking Recipe – Dessert

Not bad!

Ingredients / Directions
1/2 cup(s) coconut syrup
1 tbsp rum
Juice of 1/2 small lime
3 firm bananas
peeled and cut lenght wise
2 tbsp toasted shredded coconut Combine coconut syrup
rum
and lime juice in a skillet; bring to boil
reduce heat and simmer. Arrange bananas in skillet. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes
or until bananas are nicely glazed. Turn bananas over frequently. Serve hot and sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut.
