Ingredients / Directions
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion
1 1/2 cup(s)s uncooked spaghetti
broken up
1 can (16oz) kidney beans
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 cup(s)s tomato juice
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Brown and drain ground beef. Chop onion and add to meat. Using a 2 1/2 qt baking dish
sprayed with cooking spray
alternate layers of meat
uncooked spaghetti
and beans. Mix chili powder
Worcestershire sauce
and cumin in tomato juice in saucepan; bring to boil. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour(s) or until done. >From the Farm Bureau Kitchens Cookbook
