Type: Carrot soup Free Cooking Recipe – Greek

Simply good!

Ingredients / Directions

Directions:
* 1/2 kg carrots
* 1 medium onion
* parley
* 2 teaspoonn butter
* salt
* pepper

Optionally
* 1 cube chicken stock
* 1 teaspoonn suggar Peel and grate the carrots. Place in a saucepan. Clean and chop the onion. Put it in the saucepan and boil adding a small quantity of water. When the carrots and the onion boil
blend them well. Melt butter in a clean saucepan
add 5 cup(s)s of water
parsley
salt
pepper and the blended mash of carrots. Simmer soup for half an hour(s). Optionally add sugar and a cube of chicken stock for extra taste.
