1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup(s) onion
1 egg
1/4 cup(s) fine
dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley
Salt and pepper
2 cup(s)s mashed potatoes
Cheddar cheese
shredded Combine first 7 ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Return to oven for just a couple minutes to melt the cheese and heat the potatoes.
