pork maryland

4 oz Iean pork escalopes

2 tablespns plain flour

salt and black pepper

1 teaspn paprika

1 egg size 3 beaten

1oz dried wholemeal breadcrumbs

1 teaspn dried mixed herbs

Mix together flour seasoning and paprika in a flat dish.

Add the pork and coat on both sides.

Dip the escalopes in the beaten egg.

Mix together breadcrumbs and herbs and coat the pork

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Cook for approximately fifteen to twenty minutes turning halfway through cooking.

Serve with jacket potatoes and salad.
