Peach Berry Cobbler
The fresh taste of peaches combined with fresh blueberries, warm and slightly spicy under a crunchy, soft biscuit topping.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
3 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons coarse granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon
Directions:
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

To Make Topping: Stir together flour, 1/2 cup white sugar and baking
powder. Add milk and 1/4 cup butter or margarine all at once. Stir until

3
To Make Filling: In a medium saucepan stir together brown sugar and
cornstarch; stir in water. Add peaches and blueberries. Cook and stir
