Ingredients / Directions
2 lb flank steak
Vegetable cooking spray
2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 cup(s) dry red wine
1/2 cup(s) chopped green onions
1 tbs dried parsley flakes
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper Trim excess fat from steak; score steak in diagonal design 1/8 inch deep on both sides. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add steak. Cook steak over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Sprinkle each side of steak with one teaspoon flour; cook until browned. Add wine
