350g tagliatelle

25g butter

salt

450ml hot Ragu Bolognese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain thoroughly.

Melt the butter and pour into a deep serving dish add 4 tablespoons of the Ragu the pasta and Parmesan cheese.

Toss lightly until the pasta is coated.

Pile the remaining sauce on top and hand more cheese separately.

Serves 4
