Type: Red Mullet in an Orange
Ginger Sauce Free Cooking Recipe – Fish And Seafoods


Ingredients / Directions
8 red mullet
1 cup(s) of orange juice
1/2 cup(s) of olive oil
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 tbsp of fresh coriander
finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables for garnishing Prepare a marinade by combining the orange juice
olive oil
salt and pepper.
Fillet the fish and marinate for 2 hour(s). Remove from marinade and lightly saut� with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan.
When all the fillets have been cooked remove from the pan and set aside. Pour in the marinade and cook for 5 minutes
until it starts to thicken.
Serve the fillets on vegetables of your choice
pour the sauce over and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
