Pastry for 9-inch deep dish pie
1 cup(s) chopped cooked country ham
2/3 cup(s) shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
beaten
1 cup(s) whipping cream
1/2 cup(s) milk
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper Line a 9-inch quiche dish or a deep dish pie plate with pastry. Trim excess around edges. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork; bake at 425� F. for 5 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle ham and cheese evenly over pastry. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients; pour over ham and cheese. Bake at 350� F. for one hour(s) or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
