3/4 cup corn oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove minced
salt and pepper
Beat together the corn oil soy sauce lemon juice garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Alternatively place all the ingredients in a
screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
