250g icing sugar
200g plain flour
300g egg white
300g melted butter
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Slowly add the egg white mixing continuously.
Add the mated butter and mix well.
Spread the paste evenly across the template lift it up to leave a round of paste on the cold baking sheet.
Bake in the oven preheated to 160
