Juice of 1/2 Lime

1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar

2 oz Club Soda

1/4 tsp Anisette

2 oz Gin

Ginger Ale

Put first three ingredients into collins glass. Stir. Add ice cubes, anisette,

and gin. Fill with ginger ale and stir again. Add a spiral of orange and/or

lemon peel and dangle over rim of glass.
