frikadeller with lingonberry sauce
250g lean minced beef
250g lean minced pork
2 level tbsp plainflour
1/2tsp salt
1/2onion peeled and grated
generous grating of nutmeg
1 large egg
butter and oil to fry
lingonberry sauce to serve
Combine everything well then season generously with salt and pepper.
Shape into about 20 little balls then chill for 1 hour.
Heat 25g butter and 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the frikadeller in 2 batches for about 10 minutes gently turning.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve wane dipped into lingonberry sauce.
