Type: Mackerel Broiled in Milk Free Cooking Recipe – Fish And Seafoods

Ingredients / Directions
3/4 cup(s) milk
2 pounds mackerel fillets
Salt and ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
or 1 teaspoon dried
crumbled Preheat the broiler. Pour the milk in a baking dish large enough to hold the mackerel in one layer. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
Lay them in the dish and broil about 6 inches below the heat for 10 minutes
basting twice. Sprinkle with herbs and broil 5 minutes more.
