1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup fresh baby carrots,quarted lenghtwise
1 small onion,cut into thin wedges<-- I will omit this and use onion powder 5 and 1/2 oz(3/4 cup)uncooked orzo or rosemarina(rice shaped pasta) 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. dried italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 cup water 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans or chick peas drained,rinsed<---geen giant or old elpaso recommended. 1(14and 1/2 oz) can ready to serve chicken broth 2 cups fresh spinach leaves,cut into thin strips. 1) Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium -high heat until hot. Add chicken and garlic;cook and stir 3 minutes or until vegtables are crisp-tender stirring once. 2) stir in all remaining ingredients except spinach.
