Type: Hammin” Up The Waldorf Free Cooking Recipe – Salad

This is a good one!

Ingredients / Directions
1/2 cup(s) light mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) orange juice
2 cup(s)s diced cooked ham
2 Red Delicious apples
cored and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples
cored and diced
1/2 cup(s) thinly sliced celery
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley In a large bowl
whisk together the mayonnaise and orange juice. Add ham
red apples
yellow apples and celery and toss until thoroughly coated
to ensure that the apples do not brown. Chill 4 hour(s) or overnight.
Just before serving
toss in parsley. Serve on a bed of lettuce. NOTE: You may also add 1/2 cup(s) halved seedless grapes
raisins
sunflower seeds or walnut halves.
