Pumpkin Cream Pie
Great wintertime pie especially for the holidays.
Ingredients:
2 cups cold milk
2 (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup nondairy whipped topping
1 – 9 inch baked pie shell
nondairy whipped topping, optional
crushed pecans, optional
Directions:

Combine milk, pie filling mix, pumpkin, spices, and whipped topping in a
deep, narrow-bottom bowl. Beat at lowest speed of an electric mixer for
about 1 minute. Pour filling into cooled pie shell.

Chill until set, about 3 hours. If desired, top with additional whipped
topping and crushed pecans when serving.
Makes 1 – 9 inch pie
