Egg Custard Pie
A custard pie without a shell. A great southern delight!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:

In no specific order, mix all of the ingreidents together in a mixer or
blender.

Butter a pie pan, dust with flour, and add mixture. Cook for 30 minutes at
375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or until golden. Tastes good hot or cold.
Makes 1 – 9 inch pie
