Ingredients / Directions
6 sole filets (other fish filets may be used)
olive oil (just enough to brown the fish)
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
6 tbs dry sherry
1/4 cup(s) chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
ground black pepper to taste Brown filets in hot olive oil. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over filets. Cook gently until fish is fork tender (about 10 minutes).
