Ingredients / Directions
3 tbsp vegetable oil
6 oz. boneless pork
thinly sliced
1 tbsp sugar
5 teaspoon. soy sauce
divided
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 carrot
grated
1 sm. yellow squash
sliced
1 cup(s) broccoli florets
1 sm. onion
sliced Heat 1 tbsp oil in 9 inch skillet and saute pork over high heat until it begins to brown. Sprinkle sugar and 3 teaspoon soy sauce over meat
cooking and stirring for 1 minute; add ginger and cook 2 more minutes. Place meat on plate and keep warm. In same skillet
heat 2 tbsp oil until hot. Add vegetables and stir fry 3 minutes.
