# 3 0z. (75g) shredded suet
# 3 0z. (75g) caster sugar
# 1 orange

# 6 tablespoons of milk
# 5 oz. (125g) currants
# 1 tablespoon demerara sugar # Place all the ingredients

in a bowl
gradually adding milk to form a soft dough
