200g thick low fat natural yoghurt
2 cloves garlic crushed
6 mint leaves finely chopped
pinch paprika to garnish (optional)
Beat the yoghurt and garlic together in a bowl.
Mix in the mint cover and refrigerate.
Serve lightly chilled garnished with a little paprika if you wish.
As it can be made easily and speedily this sauce from Turkey is a good standby. It can be served not only with vegetables and pulses but also with meat dishes and it always adds one more appetizing aspect to the meat
