Type: Stuffed Mussels with Wine Free Cooking Recipe – Fish And Seafoods

Ingredients / Directions
4 dozen mussels cleaned and scrubbed
1/2 cup(s) of dry white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup(s)s of bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves-minced
1 tbsp parsley-mnced
4 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste Steam mussels in olive oil
and wine
remove from shells
and chop,
Mix with bread crumbs
and parsley. Moisten with mussel stock
fill half shells with mixture
and bake at375 for 12-15 minutes.
