Type: Oyster Fricassee Free Cooking Recipe – Fish And Seafoods

Just do it!

Ingredients / Directions
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 pint shucked oysters
with their liquor
Milk
1 1/2 tbsp dry white wine
2 teaspoon minced parsley
Salt and ground pepper to taste Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and blend until smooth.
Measure oyster liquor
add enough milk to make 1 cup(s)
and slowly stir mixture into saucepan. Cook
stirring
until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
Stir in the wine and oysters and cook 1 minute. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste
and simmer 2 minutes more.
