1 small onion

8 sprigs parsley
chopped
2 cup(s)s boiled potatoes
cubed fine
2 hardboiled eggs
chopped
3 tablespoons butter
melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound cooked cod
cut coarse Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 1 hour(s).

Shape into round
flat cakes
using about 1/3 cup(s) for each cake. Coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.

Makes 9 to 10 (3-inch) cakes.
