Type: Orange Caramel Flan Free Cooking Recipe – Dessert

This is a good one!

Ingredients / Directions
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 tbsp water
3 eggs
1/4 cup(s) frozen orange juice concentrate
thawed
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1/2 cup(s) milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon almond extract Preheat oven to 300.
Mix 1/4 cup(s) sugar with water in heavy small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves
stirring frequently. Increase heat and cover and boil without stirring until sugar turns deep golden brown. Immediately pour caramel into six 6-ounce custard cup(s)s.
Whisk eggs
orange juice concentrate and remaining 1/4 cup(s) sugar in large bowl. Gradually whisk in both milks and extracts. Divide custard among prepared cup(s)s. Place cup(s)s in large baking pan and add enough hot water to pan to come halfway up sides of cup(s)s. Bake until custards are set
about 1 hour(s) 20 minutes. Remove cup(s)s from water and refrigerate. Invert cup(s)s when ready to serve.
