Ingredients:
800g flower crabs
2 big onions – cut thinly into rings
Spices:
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 sprigs karupillay leaves
10 chilli padi – sliced finely
Seasoning:
2 tbsp fish sauce (Nam Pla)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Maggi chicken granules
Dash of pepper
Garnishing:
Coriander leaves
Chopped spring onions
Chilli curls
Method:
CLEAN crabs well then cut into halves. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and saute spices till fragrant. Add in onion rings and fry till
soft.
Add in crabs and stir-fry well. Mix in seasoning and cook till crabs turn colour and gravy is thick. Dish out and serve
with garnishing.
