<p><b>Ingredients / Directions</b> <br /> 1 medium pumpkin <br />1 lb ground beef sauted with onions<br />celery and pepper (I just used the beef) <br />1/4 cup(s) soy sauce <br />2 T brown sugar <br />4 oz mushrooms (fresh or canned<br />sliced and drained) <br />1 can cream of chicken soup <br />2 cup(s)s hot cooked rice  Preheat oven to 375?F. Lightly grease a 10&#8243; circle in center of a baking sheet; set aside. Place pumpkin on a firm surface. Using a sharp knife<br />cut out stem end and about 3 inches around stem. Cut on a diagonal by slanting knife from outer edge of pumpkin in toward center. Reserve top. Remove seeds and pulp; discard.</p>
<p>In a medium bowl<br />combine the rest of the ingredients. Spoon mixture into pumpkin. Replace top. Place pumpkin on greased baking sheet. Bake about 1 hour(s) in preheated oven until pumpkin is tender. Serve cooked pumpkin along with meat filling. Makes 6-8 servings. </p>

<p>Stir chocolate ice cream until smooth; spoon into crust. Spread 3/4 of the chocolate sauce over ice cream; return to freezer until firm.</p>
<p>Soften sherbet; spoon over top. Freeze until firm.</p>

<p><b>Ingredients / Directions</b> <br /> 5 small apples<br />Popsicle sticks<br />1 cup(s) miniature marshmallows<br />1 tablespoon water<br />14 ounced soft caramels Line a large plate or pizza pan with wax paper and heavily grease it. Wash and dry the apples well. Place the sticks into the apple to make handling and eating easier.</p>
<p>In a medium heavy saucepan combine the marshmallows<br />water and caramels. Cook over medium heat<br />stirring constantly until the marshmallows and caramels melt and the mixture is smooth. Let the mixture cool for two minutes. Dip the apples into the caramel mixture<br />placing them on the wax paper to cool.</p>
<p>Once they are cooled to room temperature<br />place them into the refrigerator. Chill for at least two hour(s).</p>
<p>Serve chilled (very firm) or at room temperature (will be quite gooey).</p>

Place in a pan and bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes<br />depending on the size of the apples. When done<br />the apple should be tender but not mushy. Remove the apples from the oven. Let cool 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Set each apple in a bowl and spoon syrup from the baking pan around it. In top of each apple<br />insert a gummy worm with at least half of its body protruding.</p>

Line 24 medium muffin cup(s)s<br />2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches<br />with with paper baking cup(s)s.</p>
<p>Make cake mix as directed on package<br />using water<br />oil and eggs. Fill cup(s)s 2/3 full.</p>
<p>Bake 22 to 27 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely<br />about 30 minutes.</p>
