Fiesta Ubod Crunch Recipe

Type: Fiesta Ubod Crunch Free Cooking Recipe – Salad


Ingredients / Directions
300 g fresh ubod (soft part)
1 cup(s) water
1 can (850 g) DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
drained (reserve syrup)
1/2 cup(s) all-purpose cream
1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 BOIL water
1 teaspoon. iodized fine salt (or 1 Tbsp. iodized rock salt) and reserved fruit cocktail syrup. Add ubod and cook for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine with the remaining ingredients.

2 MIX well and chill until ready to serve.
