4 tbsp butter
2 cup(s)s cooked rice
2 cup(s)s cooked smoked fish
3 tbsp raisins
3/4 cup(s) heavy cream
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt to taste
4 hard-boiled eggs
chopped
3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Lemon wedges Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed pan. Stir in the rice

cream
curry powder
and salt. Mix well and cook only until heated through.
Arrange on a warm platter and garnish with chopped egg
